Here we will covered about the fruits, vegetables and  pulses etc. from which we can have a strong bone. Also we will covered the necessary nutrition for bone.

Nutrition required for strong bones:

Diet for Strong bones:

What to avoid ?

1) Having too much caffeine

2) Alcohol

3) Smoking

Include Exercise in routine for a strong bones:

1) Running

2) Aerobics

3) Weight Lifting

4) Push- ups

5) Yoga

6) Squats

7) Skipping

8) Play any sports also
