How to gain muscles without any supplements?

Many Fitness freak people have suffered more in this Corona pandemic. They are not able to do their daily exercise, what they are doing in Gym.

And many other people are doing their exercise at home since from their beginning.

But what is most important is that along with exercise we need a proper and healthy diet for our muscle to grow. Because at the time of intense workout our muscles got torn and they need a rest and healthy diet including muscle forming nutrients.

Hence capable person afford for supplements and some not. So don't panic just do this and get result

The steps are :

1) Have a rest of 1 day between all different exercise. Means train each day different body parts.

2) Fix your time for meals and follow it regularly.

3) Have a variety of fruits on every day ( if possible) to get various nutrients.

4) Eat all types of vegetables but use grean vegetables in more.

5) Mention milk, curd in your daily diet and also use paneer for 2-3 days if affordable.

6) Take Soyachunks , Soyabean.

7) Take Grams each day in breakfast which is to be poured in water at previous night.

8) Use dry fruits.

These few thing will help you more to build muscles
