Role of VITAMINS in Human Body.

Let's start with the vitamin A:

1) Vitamin A: It maintains healthy vision, growth, immune response and reproduction.

2) Vitamin B: It is used to break down the carbohydrates and transport nutrients throughout the body.

3) Vitamin B1: Keeps the nervous system healthy.

4) Vitamin B2: Keep skin, eyes and nervous system healthy.

5) Vitamin B3: Same as Vitamin B2.

6) Vitamin B5: Produce RBC's and steroid hormones.

7) Vitamin B6: Body form haemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen around the body.

8) Vitamin B7: It is needed in very small amounts to help the body to make fatty acids.

9) Vitamin B9: Makes RBC in body.

10) Vitamin B12: Make Red Blood Cells.

11) Vitamin C:  Having high antioxidant properties, helps make collagen and boost immune system.

12) Vitamin D: Maintain levels of Calcium and Phosphorus, strengthen teeth and bones.

13) Vitamin E: It maintain eye, hair, liver, heart and brain health.

14) Vitamin K: Activate proteins and calcium essential in blood clotting and bone health.
