How to become Muscular in minimum time ?

To be a muscular, every day we have to train each different muscle group of our body under proper technique.
Proper technique will be the first priority for performing exercises other wise different injuries will take place and it will become hindrance for acquiring good muscles, as due to injuries off day from the GYM/Home workout will be there.

How we will build Muscle on every progressive day?
1)  Slowly increase the number of repetition in the exercise like Push-ups, Pull ups, Sit ups, Skipping.

2) Increase in the weight use for performing different muscle group at each particular day of that muscle group.
But the increased weight will be slightly more that should be properly lift other wise it will cause injury.

3) Efficient quantity of protein in daily diet for the muscle growth.

4) Now there are a Compound Exercise which everyone should include in their schedule.
Because these compound exercise trained more muscle part at a same time which will be more beneficial for bulking fast.
Note: Performed these compound exercise under an instructor or with a proper technique other wise it will be injurious.

The Compound Exercises are :
Deadlift
--> include in Back Muscle Day
