How to gain muscles without any supplements?

Many Fitness freak people have suffered more in this Corona pandemic. They are not able to do their daily exercise, what they are doing in Gym. And many other people are doing their exercise at home since from their beginning. But what is most important is that along with exercise we need a proper and healthy diet for our muscle to grow.
